Four pillars. One workspace.
Accounts, People, Action Items, and Weekly Review. Each is a screen, and each is part of the same picture.
Accounts hold the whole picture.
Each account has its own page. The About section captures positioning, strategy, stakeholders, and history, written by hand or drafted by AI from past notes. People in the account live inside it. Open action items and outcomes pin to the side. The timeline shows every interaction in order, including meetings imported from the calendar.
- AI-drafted About section from prior notes
- Tag-driven views (industry, stage, owner)
- Drag-and-drop import of email threads and calendar invites
- Per-account weekly summary
- PDF export of the full account briefing
People follow the account, not a separate address book.
A contact in PRISM lives inside the account they work for. Notes about a person live next to the person. Their role, their reporting line, the meetings they were in, the actions they own, all on one page instead of three tools. Sync from macOS Contacts is one-way and on-demand: PRISM pulls in names, emails, and titles, but never writes back without explicit confirmation.
- One-way sync from macOS Contacts
- Multi-select for bulk operations
- AI-drafted About from interaction history
- Role and reporting context per person
- Privacy controls on a per-person basis
Action items don't get lost between meetings.
Type [ in any note and the line becomes an action item. Outcomes use <. Both promote to the global Action Items view, sorted by due date, filterable by account, status, or assignee. Status cycles from Open to Working to Closed. Snooze pushes due dates and records why. Recurring actions repeat without re-creation.
- Inline creation from notes
- Cross-account roll-up view
- Calendar mode for due-date visualization
- Recurring actions
- Sub-tasks for actions that need a plan
Friday afternoon, the review is already started.
PRISM assembles a weekly review of what closed, what slipped, and what's coming, by account, by outcome, and by quadrant. Editable in place. Exportable as a PDF for a manager or pasted into a stakeholder update. The Stakeholder Update sheet generates account-scoped summaries in selectable tones for sharing outside the org.
- Auto-assembled from real activity
- PDF export with a single click
- Stakeholder Update generator with audience presets
- Custom date ranges
- Per-account briefings
